Fi-Clor Spa Shock is a powerful new hypochlorite containing 78% available chlorine. It dissolves rapidly in heated spa water forming free chlorine to kill micro-organisms that may be present in the circulation systems of spas especially prior to filling. It should be used when the spa is commissioned, and on each occasion before the spa is emptied and refilled with freshwater. Fi-Clor Spa Shock is particularly recommended as a treatment to combat the bacterium Legionella pneumophia.
